These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bacon and Brew mobile application ("App"), operated by Zero Admin (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in South Africa. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, etc.), but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the App and related marketing materials. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
All rights in the App, including its design, code, branding, and original content, are owned by Zero Admin (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Venue information, reviews, and ratings are user-generated and we do not warrant their accuracy. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any venue or product listed in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Admin (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the App settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
